The original Battle Royale map, Verdansk, is making a much-anticipated comeback! Get ready for an exhilarating launch event as you dive back into this classic map. With gameplay that pays homage to its roots and beloved mechanics that fans adore, you can expect a host of exciting features making their way to the game.
Kicking off on April 2 at 9 AM PT, Season 3 will introduce fresh Multiplayer and Zombies content for those playing on PS4 and PS5 in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Then, just 24 hours later, Call of Duty: Warzone will reopen the gates to Verdansk on April 3 at 9 AM PT.
### Verdansk Revamped
It feels just like old times: 150 players will descend, guided by the original announcer, and experience intense firefights right from freefall, all accompanied by the original Infil cinematics before you’re off and running.
You’ll find familiar game mechanics such as the Original Supply Boxes, Floating Loot, and Armor Satchels, alongside current Loadouts and Perks. High Value Loot Zones scattered throughout the map promise some top-tier gear as well.
There are also quality-of-life improvements to look forward to in Warzone. These include Squad Redeploys at Buy Stations, detailed inspection of weapon attachments, comprehensive death recaps, a handy HUD flag indicating when your Loadout can be purchased, and plenty more.
